Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Proven track record in managing or working within a mid-sized Network Operations Security Center (NOSC), with demonstrated expertise in network security principles, practices, and procedures.Strong experience in collaborating with engineering and integration teams to design, establish, and operationalize a mid-sized NOSC, including infrastructure setup, software deployment, and process implementation.Familiarity with common cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and their application in a NOSC environment.Ability to lead and mentor a team of security analysts and network engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Experience with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools, network monitoring tools, and incident response platforms, demonstrating proficiency in threat detection, analysis, and mitigation.Experience with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools, network monitoring tools, and incident response platforms, demonstrating proficiency in threat detection, analysis, and mitigation.- Sec certification.- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $122870 - $208890
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
