This initiative is focused on delivering cloud services across various classification levels, ensuring the highest levels of security and reliability.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, testing, and implementation of security measures for a network/AWS cloudinfrastructure, CONUS and OCONUS, including Zero Trust architecture, to protect against both internal and external threats.- Manage and maintain security hardware, software, firewalls, and encryption protocols- Manage Cloud based security services to provide end user services such as email, web browsing and virtual desktops- Administer security policies to control physical and virtual access to systems.- Support the system design team in testing and authorizing systems for an enterprise Authority to Operate (ATO).- Provide engineering and administration support for security components such as firewalls, anti-spam software, and multifactor authentication devices.- Conduct security audits, monitor security logs, and respond to incidents as per SLAs.- Ensure compliance with FISMA, OIG audits, and maintain NIST 800 series compliance.- Participate in agile teams, focusing on the development of detection technologies and security orchestration automated response (SOAR) platforms.Why Join Us? Required Education, Experience, & Skills Proven track record in managing or working within a mid-sized Network Operations Security Center (NOSC), with demonstrated expertise in network security principles, practices, and procedures.Strong experience in collaborating with engineering and integration teams to design, establish, and operationalize a mid-sized NOSC, including infrastructure setup, software deployment, and process implementation.Familiarity with common cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and their application in a NOSC environment.Ability to lead and mentor a team of security analysts and network engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Experience with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools, network monitoring tools, and incident response platforms, demonstrating proficiency in threat detection, analysis, and mitigation.Experience with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools, network monitoring tools, and incident response platforms, demonstrating proficiency in threat detection, analysis, and mitigation.- Sec certification.- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Master’s Degree.- CISSP certification.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $122870 - $208890
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
