Backhaul Direct, LLC is Hiring a Customer Operations Representative Near Indianapolis, IN
- Accurately accept load tenders and build shipments into Backhaul Direct's proprietary software, Grapevine TMS
- Accept tenders via EDI and certify that the load information is correct once imported into the Grapevine TMS
- Coordinate loads to be picked up and delivered utilizing your customer service skills via phone or email along with using the customers' scheduling system(s)
- Set appointments for pickup and delivery on each transaction (load) as required
- Work with your team and Backhaul Direct staff to come up with innovated ways to grow and improve accounts
- Bachelor’s degree highly desired
- Previous customer service experience preferred, specifically in the transportation industry a plus
- Self-motivated with a positive and learning/growth attitude
- Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
