Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The General Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including team management, food service management, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with experience in hotel, banquet, catering, and restaurant management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the establishment, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified staff members
- Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and performance
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience in team management and food service management
- Strong knowledge of, bartending, and restaurant operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members
- Knowledge of food handling and production standards
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
