Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent time management, customer service, and bartending skills.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after shifts
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
- Excellent math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating tabs, and making change accurately
