Body Shop Estimator Description

As one of the regions leading Dealerships in Sales, Service and Parts, our facility naturally also houses a state-of-the-art collision repair facility which is the direct repair shop for fourteen insurance company leading us to consistently be one of the busiest repair facilities in the state. Our Estimators professionally guide our customers through the complicated repair process from the first estimate to the last delivery walk-around. 

Qualifications

The ideal Estimator is organized, detailed and able to multi-task on multiple vehicle assignments simultaneously while keeping the customer and insurance companys informed of the progress of the repair.

They should be an excellent communicator both in person and in email communications and should be able to relate to a wide audience of people from customers to insurance adjusters and representatives to Technicians and Detailers.

They should be professional and capable of negotiation and able to empathize with upset customers and resolve their issues in a timely fashion.

Our company provides many technological resources including manufacturer and insurance industry estimating software and our staff is expected to learn each program and be proficient and accurate in it's use.
