We are seeking to hire a Collision Center / Body Shop Manager who has experience managing large volume body shops and has developed relationships with major insurance carriers.

Responsibilities – Collision Center / Body Shop Manager:

• Hire, train and manage your team
• Write body shop damage estimates
• Manage Direct Repair Programs for all insurance companies
• Complete billing and other shop related activities.
• Interact with customers, insurance companies, collision estimators, service advisors, technicians, etc.

Qualifications – Collision Center / Body Shop Manager:

• Experience is required
• Excellent managerial and communication skills
• Positive attitude, outgoing personality and the ability to build a strong team
• Knowledge of new vehicle repair technologies
• ICAR Certification (preferred)
• Solid understanding of estimating process and system
• Proficient computer skills in CCC and other management technologies
• Professional appearance and work ethic
