• Manage Shop production track for all Technicians
• Dispatch work to qualified and available technicians
• Communicate daily capacity availability and concerns to Service Manager
• Prioritize work dispatched and assist Technicians as needed
• Professionally and effectively supervise team members
• Maintain dealership procedures
• Quality control - looking over repairs to see that they are 100%
• Assist warranty and internal repairs
• Maintenance and cleanliness of the shop
• Track Technician absences

• 
  Automotive Foreman experience required
• Excellent supervisory and organizational skills
• The ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship with all dealership personnel, members of his/her team, and other employees in the service and parts department
• Attention to detail and excellent people skills are a must
• Valid driver's license
• Good work ethic and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude and works well as part of a team
