Description
Pivot Excavation is currently hiring FULL TIME Equipment Operator to work YEAR-ROUND. This is a lead position that will include a company vehicle. The candidate must have experience with wet & dry utility installation, repair, and backfill. The candidate must also have experience with footing excavation and backfill. It is also preferred that you have some road, curb, and sidewalk grading experience. Though we are based out of Draper, most of our work is in Utah County. We primarily work on large development, and commercial jobs. Pay will be based off experience. Applicants must be able to pass drug screen and background check and have valid driver’s license.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a lead/foreman position
- Must be a highly skilled operator (this is not and entry level position)
- Maintain a safe job site
- Development/ Commercial experience preferred
- Willingness to work in hot, cold, and wet conditions
- Works well as part of a team
- Strong Work Ethic
- Willing to work overtime as needed
- Able to lift up to 75lbs regularly
- Must be able to prioritize and keep projects on schedule.
