HR Assistant Opportunity

Full Time : Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, Non-Exempt hourly w / full benefits package

Salary Scale : $19.00 - $25.00 per hour dependent on education and work experience

Your position objectives include :

• Prepare and coordinate with new hires to complete required paperwork and file all paperwork in appropriate files
• Assist in the maintenance of all personnel files for current and terminated employees
• Prepare 90-day and initial competency evaluations and coordinate the necessary documentation with each department head
• Verify all professional licenses, and maintain a licensure tracking system
• Coordinate new hire orientation including classroom setup, instructor schedules, documentation, media

Qualifications

Your Qualifications will include :

• High School Diploma or GED required ( Bachelor's degree in HR preferred )
• HR Certification preferred; experience with HR Information Systems preferred
• Must be a minimum 21 years of age or older
• Conflict resolution skills, resiliency and patience
• Ability to pass criminal history background check and drug screen
