Our Call Center Representatives are our first point of contact for patients; we are only interested in meeting with individuals with a commitment to the highest level of customer service. • Answering high volume of phone calls
• Scheduling patient appointments for multiple locations
• Promote the practice in all conversations with callers
• Welcome patients to the practice 
• Direct patient inquiries to appropriate departments 
• Full time position

• Dental experience preferred 
• Knowledge of Dentrix software a PLUS
• Warm, upbeat, friendly personality

• Staggered appointment times to reduce traffic in our offices 
• State-of-the-art air purifiers that produce surgical grade air and scrub traces of the virus
• Extra Oral Suction Systems (EOS) for all aerosol producing procedures, so germs are not allowed to spread
• Mandatory temperature check for all employees and patients before they enter the office
• PPE including gowns, head covers, face guards, gloves, and masks for our clinical staff
• Cleaning of all communal areas every hour
• At the end of each day, our practices are environmentally cleaned and fumigated with a fog that kills any remaining traces of the virus
