Job Details:
- Lead marketing team and coordinate all marketing strategies
- Develop highly effective marketing campaigns
- Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives from start to finish
- Monitor overall ROI and create marketing strategies accordingly
- Monitor and engage with all marketing vendors
- Facebook retargeting strategy/implement and create strategies to increase patient growth
- Offer ideas or creatives to develop innovative strategies to increase new patient growth
- Honor brand awareness and positioning in the dental arena
- Identify and employ new social media trends and tools to keep our dental organization at the forefront of the industry, mentor team and implement specific strategies
- Maintain and create marketing calendar and mentor marketing team
- Collaborate with marketing team to honor goals
- Plan and promote community outreach events and foster continued growth of highly engaged social media communities
- Research and develop of new marketing techniques and concepts
- Report to team ROIs at weekly meetings
- Monitoring website performance, SEO strategies and google Adword campaigns, and implement any updates with vendors
- Monitoring, compiling, and analyzing ROI to improve messaging and results
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of work experience in a marketing position or with a marketing/PR firm
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Apple computers/Mac Operating System, Hootsuite, Facebook Meta Business Suite, ChatGPT, and Adobe Illustrator
- Excellent leadership and organization skills
- Excellent written communication
- Ability to author press releases, blogs, and marketing messages when needed and appropriate
- High attention to detail
- High follow through
- Someone who can quickly understand the organization’s global vision while creating/facilitating marketing strategies to uphold that same vision
- High level graphic design work using Adobe Illustrator
- Willingness to mentor, lead, monitor overall department ROIs, messaging, initiatives, while participating in actual work product flow
- Willingness and internal drive to mentor and develop our marketing assistants and team
- Willingness to be a flexible team player within home office environment
- Positive and kind-hearted professional
- Self-starter with high follow-through, comfortable with multitasking
- Able to take initiative and work independently, if warranted
- Comfortable in communicating needs to complete a task
- Open to bringing creative or new marketing concepts to the table and ability to implement with or without direct support
- Must be available to work full time
