As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee our insurance products offerings.
Responsibilities :
- Act as a subject matter expert in development of new programs, products and features
- Develop and maintain underwriting discipline
- Ensure adherence of automated ratings process / underwriting guidelines by implementing appropriate controls.
- Lead or participate in regional/national special projects, initiatives or other related work assignments as required/requested.
- Collaborate and communicate with B2Z business partners to ensure successful implementations and execution of product development and delivery.
- Collaborate with associates across the organization to justify changes to systems, business practices and/or product offerings with sound analysis and logic, forecasting expected growth and profit impacts.
- Analyze competitive information as well as Company and industry data in consultation with the B2Z partners and appropriate personnel.
- Monitor and manage underwriting risk to deliver target loss ratio
Skills:
- 10 years of experience as a commercial P&C product management / underwriting leader
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities while meeting assigned deadlines
- Startup or a fast paced environment experience is a plus
- Ability to see through ambiguous problems
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
