Wells Fargo is seeking a Learning and Development Senior Manager in Human Resources as a part of the Talent Management and Learning organization. In this role, you will: Manage a team of Enterprise credit facilitation professionals to ensure project success and effective delivery of solutions for the enterprise Program manage Credit Management Training Program – Enterprise credit program with multiple cohorts throughout the year. Manage/recommend credit vendors supporting overall enterprise credit curriculum. This would include negotiate and validate vendor effectiveness. Engage stakeholders and internal partners meeting credit training needs across multiple lines of business Collaborate and negotiate with existing and future vendor driven learning solutions aligned to overall Enterprise credit training strategy Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development Provide tactical support in areas of learning related resource coordination, process, project management, and initiative development Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations to meet business objectives Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity Collaborate with more experienced managers and Human Resources professionals to recommend learning solutions to improve talent development, individual engagement, and retention Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Learning and Development Consulting Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent #HRJOBS Required Qualifications: 6 years of Learning and Development Consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3 years of Management experience Demonstrated Credit Lending or related background with line of business experience or credit support role Desired Qualifications: Understanding of commercial credit foundations and application Commercial banking experience Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals 3 years leading a team and managing day-to-day activities to execute on deliverables Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment A demonstrated focus on coaching, mentoring and guiding team member development Data analysis to inform learning strategy focused on performance outcomes Ability to manage business partner priorities from a strategic and tactical level in a large HR organization Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 15% Hybrid work schedule Willingness to work on-site in Phoenix or Chandler, AZ; San Antonio or Westlake, TX; Des Moines, IA; Mpls, MN or Charlotte, NC Relocation assistance is not available for this position Posting End Date: 14 May 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
