The employee will be directly responsible for shaping the vision and the strategic direction of the WIM Control group post RCSA Phase II. Key activities include tracking and ensuring execution of the WIM Control strategic roadmap. Looking across the teams and ensuring appropriate resources are in place and milestones are tracked throughout. The responsibilities also include pulling together executive presentations for senior leaders across Control and the WIM business. The employee will also be responsible for ensuring the control priorities align with the strategic vision of the WIM businesses. In this role, you will: Act as an advisor to more experienced leaders in developing risk mitigation strategies for complex and highly integrated business specific risk across different business lines Monitor, measure, evaluate, and report impact of decisions and business controls to the relevant business group and enterprise function Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex current and emerging risks requiring in depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, as well as good understanding of financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, and business process management Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leaders on implementing innovative and significant business solutions for highly complex risks associated with business operations Lead and mentor Control Management project or virtual teams Engage with all levels of roles across the business group, and serve as an experienced advisor in designing and implementing risk mitigation strategies, business processes, and controls that mitigate risks and address regulatory requirements Required Qualifications: 5 years of Risk Management or Control Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience with risk types, methodologies, and frameworks for evaluating or testing controls and assessing results, conducting research, and identifying control deficiencies. Experience evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, systems, and internal controls; additional experience analyzing business and/or systems changes to determine impact. Enterprise risk management framework, including: risk identification, risk appetite and strategy, risk-related decisions, processes and controls, risk analytics governance, risk assessment and control design Strong listening and communications skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to convey complex information and ideas, including complex data sets, both simply and clearly Ability to synthesize data from a variety of sources and deliver results quickly. Ability to build constructive and effective relationships. Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
