About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within our Enterprise Change Management group. In this role, you will: Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives. Work independently to make recommendations by providing support and driving execution with clear, concise readiness planning. Drive the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and enhancements to the customer experience. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and address data & tool related issues and opportunities for improvement with ECM. Align with project teams and operational leaders to provide consultative support and influential leadership toward successful change management planning including solution preparation, delivery to the field, and communication of activities that are complex and strategic in nature. Define and ensure development of change-related materials needed to support the implementation strategy and planning of ECM data and tools. Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function. Influence, guide and lead less experienced readiness and execution staff within the group. Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance. Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations. Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans. Ability to work at one of the approved locations in the job posting. Willingness to comply with our hybrid work model; working from a Wells Fargo facility at least three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely two days a week. Required Qualifications, US: 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Communicate effectively to audiences with varying levels of management. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated experience working with product and portfolio management tools and software. Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities. Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving. Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important. Facilitate meetings, lead discussions, and present complex concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple levels of business leaders and employees across the organization. Work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members. Experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment. Experience in managing databases with the ability to imagine new & creative ways of integration for views that can enlighten stakeholders.
