B & L Glass is a 65-year-old glass/glazing specialty contractor in Santa Rosa, CA. We serve Sonoma, Napa, and Marin Counties. We have 35 people and a fleet of 20 service vehicles. Our offerings include both Residential (Work Orders to residential and contractors) and Commercial (sub-contract to GC) products/services, including Heavy Glass Shower Enclosures, Railings, Wine Enclosures, Commercial Storefront, Low-rise (up to 10 stories) Curtainwall, Windows/Glass Doors, IG Units, Luxury Windows, and Doors (i.e. Fleetwood Aluminum and high-end Steel), Emergency Service, and Front Counter services.

Our growing specialty construction firm is looking for a Controller. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, a positive attitude, the highest level of integrity, and a strong work ethic.

This is a hands-on leadership position reporting directly to the CEO and Owners and will manage all accounting and finance for the Company.

Along with general Controller responsibilities, this position will be responsible for:

· Financial Reporting

· Business and Health Insurance

· Strategic Planning

· Human Resources
