Project coordinator.

Coordinate activities of plumbing jobs from an office perspective, from start to finish.

• Converting estimates into contracts, getting all job specific job information from estimator.
• Going through & understanding all quotes, plans, specs, & notes.
• Creating payment schedules

• Sending out contracts & following up on deposits & start dates.
• Working with property owner, contractor, property manager, or direct customer.
• Setup in our system complete (in asana, QB, T sheets, & Excel there is a detailed write up in asana). Keeping information up to date in Company Software - Including Quickbooks, Excel, Asana and Timesheets
• Coordinating jobs
• Track work progress & changes with site managers.

• Obtain and coordinate shop drawings when necessary.
• Requesting payments & following payment schedules.
• Collecting money without upper management’s help.

• Assisting customers (contractors) to get the correct paperwork for inspections and job sign offs.

Prior Knowledge of the plumbing industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
