As a Marketing/Sales Assistant at B&B Locksmith, you will have the opportunity to blend your skills in content creation and sales acumen in assisting our marketing coordinator. Responsibilities

• Content Creation (Photography/Videography): Use your proficiency in both photography and videography to produce visual content for our social channels (Website, Instagram, Facebook TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).

• On-site Filming at Job-Sites/Walnut Creek Office: Having your own car is a plus as you’ll have the opportunity to meet with our locksmith technicians on-site to film content.

• Client Outreach and Cold Calls: Conduct weekly cold calls and emails to potential clients, supported by market research.

• Assisting in Marketing Strategy Development: Work closely with our marketing coordinator to brainstorm and develop strategies for promoting our products and services. Your insights and creativity will contribute to the planning and executing of effective marketing campaigns across various channels.

• Social Media Management: Assist in managing our social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics. Your attention to detail and understanding of social media trends will help us maintain a strong online presence and foster community engagement.

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and potential market opportunities. Your findings will inform decision-making and contribute to developing targeted marketing and sales strategies.

Requirements

• Can commute to our Walnut Creek office once a week (required)
• Proficiency in basic photography and videography (preferred)
• Access to a car for on-site filming at job sites (preferred)
• 1-3 years of related experience
• AA or BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
