**Customer Experience Specialist (Dutch)**

Currently, we run several successful casual games portals and Apps such as Governor of Poker, Plinga, Spele.nl, Zigiz.com, Funnygames.nl, Operate now, Animal Hospital, Hotel Hideaway, Habbo and Rocabee. We operate on the international market and we are expanding rapidly.
We are looking for a Dutch native speaker to expand our Customer Experience Team in Spain and to provide support to our Dutch speaker community of users among games platforms such us GoP3, Plinga, Rocabee, Spil and/or Habbo.
Our games are played by millions of players each month. This great community has questions, feedback, bugs, and complaints. You'll be responsible for answering customers questions and complaints about our multiplayer poker games. You'll assist our players in a friendly and polite manner and still keep the conversation light and pleasant. You will be performing localization and other communication tasks.
Key Competencies:
* Dutch native speaker
* Advanced verbal and written skills in Dutch language.
* Excellent communication skills (including grammar, spelling, syntax, typing, etc.)
* Candidates experienced in Localizations and Translations will be prioritized.
* Fluent English and in another languages is a plus.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently on multiple projects
* Direct experience with community-based Internet products is a definite plus
* Customer Service experience
* Confident and outgoing personality
* Team player
* Computer and Internet literate
