Demonstrated analytical, modeling, and process management expertise sufficient to support the improvement of BPA Transmission Planning processes.
Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of business analysis and progressively more technical in nature.
High level of experience with SharePoint out-of-the-box, no-code solutions consisting of web parts, lists, wikis, and libraries using SharePoint Server.
Experience with SharePoint content types and taxonomy to improve document management and search functionality.
Experience with SharePoint workflow creation.
Demonstrated experience with demonstrated examples of requirements gathering to include interview and documentation skills.
Expertise in PowerShell, CSOM, and .NET development (specifically for SharePoint Web Parts).
Experience with web front-end development, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, XML, XSLT, JSON.
Advanced level knowledge of SharePoint Designer (especially workflow creation; site hierarchies; and permissions management).
Knowledge and experience of preparing as well as presenting materials related to evaluations, assessments, and analyses of processes, procedures, and data management, may include use of Visio and PowerPoint among other presentation software.
Strong analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
Strong proficiency required with Microsoft Office Suite software such as, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
Strong proficiency with Visio.
