The Vice President of Operations will oversee the strategic operations of Axxess. This professional will plan, direct, coordinate and oversee operations activities in Axxess ensuring development and implementation of efficient operations and and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the business. This role will set the strategy to ensure that the business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes.

What you will do… 

• Responsible for strategic and operational management to support the business
• Consult and collaborate with leaders to assess strategy and effectiveness of operations to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency
• Communicate key insights, analysis, goals, objectives and overall strategy to executive level and frontline audiences
• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
• Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
• Ensure key operational metrics are effectively measured and that accountability for results exists

What you bring… 

• 10 years operational experience required
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Minimum of 15 years experience in a leadership role with increasing responsibilities and scope
• Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, employee management, etc.
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a direct leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and anticipate customer needs
• Demonstrable proficiency with the Web, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Desire and ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
