• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, quantitative economics, data science or equivalent combined education or work-related experience
• 8 years' data analytics, client focused expertise using strategic insights to shape and drive business strategy
• 8 years' ETL, data modeling, and business intelligence data architectures
• 5 years' leadership/management
• Expert SQL and/or Python
• Advanced data visualization with Tableau or similar tools
• Data science, developing data driven roadmaps
• Managing execution of daily data analytics pipeline, strategic roadmap, and qualitative research initiatives
• Excellent executive level verbal and written communications
• Recruit, develop talent, and build a high performing team
• Data warehouse(s), data cubes, data lake design, data modeling, and data management
• Redshift, Big Query, Snowflake, or similar tech stack
