AXIOS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH is Hiring an Office Administrative Assistant Near La Plata, MD

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to voicemails.
  • Confirm appointments, and send links for telehealth appointments.
  • Schedule New Patient Appointments and Follow-up visits.
  • Collect co-pays and patient balances.
  • Check and verify patient eligibility.
  • Collect and verify all demographics, Insurance, and Financial information.
  • Monitor and address all emails and faxes.
  • Exercise confidentiality in all areas, abiding by HIPAA rules and regulations.
  • Organize and perform work effectively and efficiently while demonstrating compassion and empathy as well as good teamwork and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
