Mechanical Technical Support Specialist

A remodeling company, located in the Duluth, has a Mechanical Technical Support position available. This position will be responsible for providing technical product service and installation support.
- Handle technical support cases through phone and email .
- Troubleshoot, and identify solutions of products in a timely and professional manner.
- Compile, analyze, and report warranty and product problem information.
- Provide information of replacement parts including availability, price and buying locations to customers.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organization.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in mechanical and plumbing installation/repair preferred.
· Possess the mechanical aptitude to assist the customer
