We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. Pay can increase after 3 months of trial.
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms. You will work closely with the Manager to Engage with local online clients Followers and non-followers to bring them into the clinic.
Understand their needs and provide excellent customer service- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales goals to create engaging content, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Follow and engage with possible clients, find local influencers to work with, manage, organize and deep count of the individuals you've approach in a spreadsheet.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business goals
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to plan and execute social media campaigns
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro or any other program aiding you in providing excellent up-to-date content.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop
- Familiarity with public relations principles and practices
- Knowledge of SEO principles and Google Analytics is a plus
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is preferred
- Photography or Videography skills.
