Location: US, Hybrid Model - Charlotte, Chandler, New Jersey, Minneapolis, Dallas, Denver

Description:
This position is expected to work on project and platform implementations as well as provide Product support and resolution of issues with prevention plans related to Contact Center, ACD, Workforce Management, Reporting Systems and other Services.
Must to have experience:
- Workforce Management 2 years experience
- Alvaria or Verint Product 5 years experience
- Contact Center solutions for large Enterprise 2 years experience
- SQL (Verint)
- Oracle (Alvaria)
- Windows Server Administration 5 years experience
Nice to have experience:
- Cloud integration 1 year experience
- Agile Kanban methodology - 3 years experience
- Relational DB experience 1 year experience
- PowerShell Scripting 2 years experience
- BI Reporting 1 years experience
