The candidate will serve as the primary facilitator on all matters relating to global strike and 1) assists in identification and recruitment of wargame participants, 2) organizes and facilitates participants and cells to achieve wargame objectives, 3) supports the development of Air/Integrated Tasking Orders (ATO/ITO), 4) ensures Tasking Orders are captured in appropriate wargaming systems, 5) supports wargame operations as Subject Matter Expert, 6) contributes domain and/or functional expertise to wargaming, 7) conducts open source and classified research and analysis related to the field of expertise to contribute to development and execution of wargame design, objectives, and analysis plans, 8) acts as the adjudication lead in the subject matter area when required, 9) supports creation of wargaming databases related to area of expertise, 10) contributes to data collection during wargame events, 11) conducts post‐game analysis and drafts wargame reports, 12) supports development and dissemination of post‐game outcomes for senior leaders and stakeholders, 13) participates in non-AF Wargaming wargames if directed, and 14) assists in accomplishing staff taskings/actions as directed.
