Job Description:

• This position is pivotal in handling daily accounting and billing tasks.
• The Administrative Assistant will undertake general administrative duties, including managing and disseminating information via email and communication boards, answering phones, taking memos, and maintaining files.
• They will also play a crucial role in organizing office events such as meetings and luncheons, as well as assisting in hosting clients and other visitors.
• Additionally, they will manage inventory, assist in various daily operational areas, and organize files and information.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is a prerequisite for this role.
