Awetomaton Ltd is Hiring a Scrum Master Near St. Louis, MO
Awetomaton is seeking a Scrum Master to lead small team of 3-5 to build out a multi-site Wide Area Network to meet high-performance computing requirements. Experience with Agile or Scrum process with demonstrated success engaging DoD customers and technical teams to properly prioritize & scope work maintaining project velocity within defined timelines. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science degree in technology and 5 years of experience in a Project Lead / Scrum Master role. This position is compatible with work from home with expectation of weekly travel to contractor / government site. Dayton, St Louis, and DC positions available. Availability is desired within 2-4 weeks. Active Top Secret security clearance required.

Demonstrated leadership ability to coach and mentor the team to reach their highest potential
Improve team velocity and personnel utilization, participate in capacity planning and sizing estimations
Ability to rapidly identify potential project roadblocks and collaborate with technical team, customer, security and external teams to mitigate.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2 years experience with work breakdown and leadership of teams following DevSecOps principles
1 years leadership of projects supporting remote sensing applications (GEOINT).
Expertise with Agile and the Scrum framework and their application across the enterprise
Desired:
Certification demonstrating expertise in Scrum Master role (e.g., Certified Scrum Master)
Expertise navigating Authority to Operate and Risk Management Framework per NIST 800-53
Familiarity with enterprise processes for Firewall Change Requests (FCRs), Security Impact Determinations (SIDRs) and Change Requests in ServiceNow workflow systems
