Job Description:

• Overall 9 years of experience
• Relevant Experience 5 Years
• Minimum 10 yrs IT experience with 5 yrs in role of scrum master
• Should have first level Scrum Master certification PSM (preferred)
• Experience in managing Agile teams, backlog Tracking, sprint planning, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
• Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices, agile framework or methods (i.e. Scrum, Kanban etc)
• Know about the value of metrics & Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
