As an Operations Manager in Awesome Motive, you'll be responsible for ensuring efficiency across our processes. To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent analytical skills, extensive experience developing effective SOPs and documentation, and love a challenge. You’ll work with many stakeholders across our organization to help them meet their goals at a high level of operational efficiency. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Common responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Auditing specific areas of our business to identify efficiency improvements, primarily time and cost.
• Implementing improvements from your audits, including direct action or collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining internal documentation, such as SOPs.
• Overseeing our corporate-level operations programs, such as payment recovery, leading those teams, mentoring leadership, and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Working across our brands to identify best practices, document, and encourage adoption.
• Hiring, training, and team management.
• Taking significant initiative with minimal direction, such as being given a specific cost reduction target and then figuring out how to make it happen.
