Key Job Functions:

• Assists the Plant Manager with managing day to day plant operations
• Supervise processes and employees to meet plant production goals on time and accurately
• Commitment to plant safety procedures and training employees effectively on policies and procedures
• Regular involvement with employee relations, in partnership with Human Resources
• Monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure everything is in good working order and repair or replace equipment as needed
• Responsible for ensuring all new employees are properly trained
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong Computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous supervisory experience required
