As an Intern, Influencer Marketing & Social Media, you will have the opportunity to work across LG H&H’s family of brands, including LG Beauty, The Crème Shop, and The Avon Company. This role will be actively involved in growing awareness of our brands through experimenting with new tactics and strategies, grounded in data, and creative in approach to grow a fan base for our brands. Responsibilities:

• Support with the day-to-day execution of plans to execute influencer marketing strategy, inclusive of campaign objectives, KPIs, targeting that will drive earned media value for a portfolio of beauty and personal care brands.
• Support with managing relationships with a pool of influencers and creators fit for each brand
• Assist with writing briefs and execute contracts for paid influencers.
• Handle logistics and invoicing for influencer marketing as needed.
• Collaborate closely with owned social team, PR, paid marketing, and brand teams.
• Maintain a high level of interest and develop a strong understanding of current and emerging trends and capabilities.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will be a junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Communications or Advertising from an accredited college and in good standing.
• Good communication skills
• Experience with major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.
• Experience with image/video editing software is a plus.
• Ability to work well with cross functional partners with little oversight
• Demonstrated passion for social media and content creation.
• Active social media presence
