Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide analysis on long range forecast, annual profit plan, monthly forecasts and actual spending for an operating function of the US business
• Manage accounting revenue, cost, receivables and inventory procedures
• Meet with business partners monthly showing how they are tracking versus budget to ensure agreement of financials with strategic goals
• Month end close responsibilities: review/monitor our results and record journal entries
• Help with the development of executive management presentations
• Work with upper management to review and manage financial performance
• Contribute to completion of Reporting Package following month end close, reporting on Revenue, Margin, and Operating Expense
• Work on special projects, i.e. Process Optimization, with team members throughout the company

Qualifications

• Less than 3 years' of experience with accounting, financial planning and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Financial background and familiarity with financial forecasting and monthly financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (can write advanced macros and maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Bilingual English / Korean
