The Director, Quality and Compliance will lead the teams and efforts at Avivo to maximize the use and impact of technology and streamlined processes to ensure compliance standards are met and reporting through metrics and data-driven decisions. This Director will have oversight of the management of Avivo’s Electronic Health Records (EHR) System and all reporting and compliance processes that use this system. The Director will implement all necessary actions to ensure an effective compliance program is an integral and successful part of Avivo. This position is responsible for process and system development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous quality improvement with teams and management. The Director will provide overall leadership and management of Avivo’s EHR; process, outcome and impact evaluation and analysis efforts; and regulatory compliance. This role will be the Compliance Officer and point of contact for DHS with all communication matters.
