Do you have a passion for helping others? We're looking for motivated and compassionate CNAs (certified nursing assistants) to join our TEAM.
Our ideal candidates will be out-going, dependable team players.
Responsibilities of a Nursing Assistant :
- Help residents with ADLs.
- Take and record patient vital signs.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents.
- Lift, transport and move patients using the appropriate techniques.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be currently certified as a nursing assistant in the state of Michigan.
- Prior work experience in a direct patient care setting or in a long term care facility preferred.
- Must be in goof physical health to be able to lift and move patients and be able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
- Must be compassionate and personable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments.
