This experienced communicator and project manager will work closely with dedicated communications partners, executives, and operational leadership to plan and execute employee-facing projects. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience of internal/employee communications at an international enterprise organization. They should have a strong ability to learn quickly and an impressive history of personal and professional development. They deliver results through executive stakeholder management and strong relationships, and they use excellent written and verbal communication to reach alignment across teams, keep projects on-track, and have fun.

Structure project plans, including roles and responsibilities. Become the expert and hub of information on the project and directly support areas needing internal communications subject matter expertise with strategic recommendations, end-to-end channel and content planning, and draft content. Drive team momentum and execution across cross-functional groups. Deliver regular executive level and cross-functional partner communications, including preparing content and delivering to senior executive audience. Act as a thought partner to project leaders and help them navigate issues to ensure project success.
