Position Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a private practice Obstetrics and Gynecology physician group practice, including financial and managerial oversight, human resource management, and risk management. Duties to include prepare and manage yearly budget, oversee quality assurance and patient satisfaction programs, execute employee appraisal and training, monitor systems for licensure, credentialing, and recertification. Coordinate and support all administrative tasks.
Bachelor's degree highly preferred, Minimum 2 years medical practice management preferred. Minimal experience as a front desk supervisor in a specialty field.
