The Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include order processing and management, addressing both internal and external customer inquiries, handling AIA documentation preparation, provide freight quotes, and manage order invoicing. Collaboration with customers, sales, and operations teams will be essential in this role. With a strong emphasis on communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction, you will work closely with our sales and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
