Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties including checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy of financial transactions
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including reservations and billing information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling guest requests
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift

- Set up breakfast

- Assist in back of house work, laundry, cleaning & organizing

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotels or hospitality is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) are an advantage for better guest relations
