Aviation & Missile Solutions, LLC. is currently seeking a dynamic Program Analyst to join our Huntsville, AL. team. Candidate will provide program management support to an Army Program Office. The primary duties to include:

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for providing International Program Support to the program manager.
• Responds to Letters of Request (LORs) to provide Requests for Information (RFI), P&A, and Letters of Acceptance (LOA) data
• Tracks program/project status and schedules; applies policies and procedures for financial planning
• Performs program management, technical, and business case analyses
• Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules
• Participates as a member of and supports the overall PMO
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, boards
• Draft presentations in various formats to present results of analysis

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business administration / management field, or certification as an administrative professional is desired.
• Candidates with >5 years of applicable program management experience in a product office.
• High understanding of MS Office product line to include familiarity with Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes, including DAU Level 1 certification in PM, is a plus.
• The successful candidate will be highly organized, flexible and must demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet suspense’s.
• Candidate must be able to work with minimum guidance in addressing actions, and then use their own knowledge, ingenuity, innovation and experience to complete the product.
• Candidate must be able to travel periodically with trips that may be up to several weeks in length.
• Excellent written and verbal communication’s skills, people skills and enthusiasm are important, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment.
• Candidate must be a resident of Huntsville, Alabama or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, Alabama area.
