- Deliver luxury-oriented customer service.
- Be enthusiastic and demonstrate a passion for watches.
- Provide information about the products and services to our prospective clients.
- Answer client questions and suggestive sell products via product recommendations.
- Answer many emails daily, promptly, accurately, and courteously.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries about brands' websites, products, and brands' policies.
- Listen well, ask thoughtful questions, seek to understand your clients’ needs, engage in digital Q&A and conversations.
- Handle client issues with outstanding diplomatic skill.
- Presenting all offers to Sales Manager.
- Ideal candidates are shrewd negotiators and do not mind working odd hours.
- Stay on top of product knowledge.
- Technological savvy – able to navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens.
- Highly organized and able to quickly shift between priority tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, extraordinary skills in customer service (High Touch), and proven ability at handling sensitive situations deftly.
- Ability to adapt and quickly change the course of action.
- Excellent written communication skills, as well as impeccable grammar and punctuation.
- Open to receiving feedback, coaching, and constructive criticism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, intense environment, while remaining positive.
- Basic computer skills, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Bi-Lingual is a plus.
- Salary (45,000 - $70,000) Commission.
