This role will be responsible for managing the community in an efficient and profitable manner and creating the greatest possible satisfaction and wellbeing of its associates and residents, consistent with the goals and objectives of the company and community owners.
The Community Manager is responsible for partnering with their Maintenance Manager/Supervisor in managing all aspects of an assigned apartment community (or communities). This includes driving financial performance, operational excellence, customer service, and working with retail tenants as appropriate. The Community Manager also provides leadership and management for at least one full-time equivalent operations staff.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalency (GED), Microsoft Office skills and 2-3 years experience managing people in a customer service oriented environment. Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree.
