The Successful Candidate

• We are looking for someone to boost productivity, efficiency, and the overall impact that our sales team has on business performance.
• This candidate will be an advocate for the sales team.
• They will play a critical role in planning the sales and operations functions to ensure the business goals are entirely aligned (cross-functional collaboration), across each arm of the business.
• The candidate must have outstanding attention to detail, technical ability, effective communication skills, and familiarity with some sales and marketing aspects.
• The candidate MUST have strong Excel skills, with Power BI being a major plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Measure and evaluate sales data to conclude how effective a product, sales process, or campaign has been through tools like Excel and PowerBI.
• Examine past data and previous trends to help forecast future sales growth and report on the needs and goals of future campaigns.
• Help sales representatives become more efficient and better at creating opportunities for conversions.
• Manage compensation and remuneration plans by working to establish goals and performance targets to acknowledge and resolve waning performance.
• Manage administrative tasks, such as calendars, training, building GtM presentations, tracking CRM activity and meeting action items and follow-up.
• Work to evaluate data analysis findings to create a tactical sales strategy and set objectives around them.
• Work with new hires on onboarding and sales training.
• Keep the sales team accountable by reporting on sales and campaign outcomes and communicating team news and wins.
• Oversees the management and use of the necessary technical tools (CRM) and platforms, often in close consultation with the IT department.

Must Haves:

• 2-5 years of experience in a combination of sales operations and perhaps some finance related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Experience leading operational initiatives combined with problem solving, project management, and analytical experience.
• Willingness and ability to lead through the service of various cross-functional groups.
• Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office and advanced Microsoft Excel. If you are not strong in PowerBI, you must have the will to learn it quickly.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills & outstanding presentation skills in both Spanish and English (B2 level or above).
• Experience with Sales pipeline reporting, forecasting and CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Nice to Haves:

• Database cleaning experience
• B2B experience preferred
