Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing team at Auxis is rapidly growing as the company’s annual revenue continue to increase by over 40% year over year given the high demand in the market for our nearshore outsourcing services as well as our consulting and automation capabilities.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key role to continue driving and accelerating the growth of our inbound marketing effort. This position is responsible for providing support to the marketing department and the Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing specialist will interface at all levels of the marketing department by assisting in numerous marketing and administrative oriented tasks.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager with the execution and optimization of all paid media programs, such as paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts for our product lines.
• Assist in the development of effective ad copy, content, and guide creative on ideal assets.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of all PPC activities.
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
• Support lead generation campaigns and Email Marketing
• Collaborated with agencies and vendor partners.
• Support Web analytics tools (Google Analytics)

Skills and Experience

Must Haves:

• Based in South Florida.
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications or Advertising.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing role in B2B services.

• Strong written & verbal communication skills

• Experience with SEO, SEM paid and organic search tools for online marketing to acquire customers and generate.
• 2-3 years of experience using CRM lead management software
• Inbound Marketing certification HubSpot is preferred
