Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all we do at Autoscribe. We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to assist in developing solutions that enhance the customer experience. They will be responsible working with the implementation team as to deploy, maintain and create customer-specific integrations. 

• Develop methods and processes to enhance the growth of the organization's current technologies, focused on customer experience

• Establish milestones for required departmental contributions and build methods to support collaboration within the tech stack.

• Assist other department engineers in developing practical demonstrations of suggested solutions and presenting them to other team members.

• Provide distinct objectives for every aspect of a project and develop measures to ensure timely execution.

• Work collaboratively with existing product engineering specialists inside the organization to efficiently maintain the software required to complete projects.

• Mentor and teach other engineers around the organization, and strive to continuously enhance companywide processes to ensure high customer satisfaction and error-free.

• Work with project management teams to successfully monitor initiative progress and implementation.

• Create and maintain internal applications or tools sets to support operational functions for the intent to decrease manually steps and audit changes occurring in the system Code application for example, the blow list includes but not limited to the following items:

Part of the customer onboarding on offboarding processes

Provide monitoring support and definition on products availability 

Define and configuration said monitoring for product availability and reporting

You will be responsible for constructing, monitoring, and automating cloud infrastructure and pipelines for services while enabling and cooperating with product teams to deliver high-quality projects effectively. You will have limitless options for architecture design and implementation within AWS and Azure cloud infrastructures in a team atmosphere that is primarily bottom-up and healthy. At times, we will be ask to support our operation and or sales teams as to determine root cause or provide data to clients to better the user experience. As a DevOps Engineer, you will assist us in delivering the finest quality full-stack management solution to businesses worldwide and therefore provide enterprise support, including:

• Experience designing large-scale engineering solutions with an enterprise architecture mentality.

• Maintain internal documentation within company’s required parameters

• Competencies in project development and leadership

• Excellent knowledge of software development and software testing methodologies

• A Computer Science or Software Engineering degree is desired.

• Current understanding of system security measures best practices

• Advanced training and implementation of business analysis strategies and techniques

• Experience with software engineering, customer service, and the payment industry is desired.

• Experience collaborating with teams from many departments to assist in the implementation of a proposed project plan in a timely manner

• Professional experience and a sophisticated awareness of the ramifications of dealing with diverse operating systems are required.

• Incidence management and root cause analysis

• Coordination and communication within the team and with customers

• Encouraging, building, and maintaining automated processes wherever possible

• Setting up tools and required infrastructure to support HA clustering and increase our fault tolerance

• Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the CTO and other internal customers

Skills and Qualifications

• Master level in writing in T-SQL Queries, Terraform Scripts, and Queries when working with logs file by either wildcards, fuzzy searches, proximity searches, ranges, regex or boosting as to find that needle

• Working knowledge of MSSQL Reports

• Knowledge of use of the tool such Octopus Deploy

• At least three years of experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS ECS and/or cloud deployment technologies for microservice deployment

• Experience with container networking with Docker deployment .

• Experience with application deployment by using CI/CD.

• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.

• Experience with alerting tools like OpsGenie, PagerDuty, etc.

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role

• Proficient with git and git workflows

• Have used and implemented AppDynamics and the like

• Strong knowledge about the deployment of tech stacks and their performance including Rails, Node js, Redis, Elastic Search, C#, and Java; ELK or Logz.io; Load balancers; use of the message queue technology, and cross-platform open-source log distribution and collection using any tools
