Job Title – :Loan :Processor Pipeline Lead Summary: : The Loan Processor Pipeline Lead manages and reviews manufactured housing loan documentation to ensure it is completed and complies with company policies and regulations. The Loan Processor Pipeline Lead works closely with borrowers, dealers, underwriters, and the Tammac Inside and Outside Sales teams. Reports to: Operations Manager Supervisory Responsibilities: :No supervisory responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for the following functions:
Manages the mortgage loan production pipeline.
Directs and coordinates all phases of mortgage pipeline management during production.
Ensures strong daily management routines for all phases of the production cycle and that loan tasks are appropriately assigned to various functions.
Identifies outliers and works with leaders to resolve and ensure loans move through the process within standard SLA's and deliver on member/business partner expected close dates.
Monitors for bottlenecks and backlog within the mortgage cycle.
Process files in case of overflow.
Gather all documentation and information for the loan, including all approval conditions required by the underwriter.
Submit and follow up on orders placed with third-party service providers
Maintain and manage loan files
Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, including but not limited to underwriters, attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and dealers, to move the loan efficiently and accurately from application to settlement.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma required
College Degree (preferred)
At least one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience that meets the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Basic knowledge of loan underwriting terminology
Prior loan processing experience
Prior experience with title/abstract companies, realtors, or attorneys specializing in mortgage title search and closings.
Previous banking background
Bi-lingual – Spanish (preferred)
Physical Requirements: :
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
