Pay Rate
$60,000 - $80,000 annually (Depending on experience)
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm.
Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage sales team developing their salesmanship and pushing performance
- Increase sales team product and customer knowledge and strategic skillset.
- Monitor sales team results and address weak performance
- Occasionally visit strategic customers on larger deals
- Help develop creative sales, ecommerce and marketing programs to incentivize the customer base and motivate sales team.
- 5 years in Business-to-Business Sales Management experience (Required)
- 10 years in B2B sales of technical product (Required)
- Wholesale and distribution sales experience (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Preferred)
