PT Welding & Fabricating is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

PT Welding is a full-service plate processing facility located in Tomball, Texas. Founded in 1994, we have become a leading provider in efficient and accurate cutting solutions for various steel processing applications. We offer both flame & plasma cutting, drilling & tapping, beveling, rolling, forming & welding.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our cut plate sales team. As a plate salesperson, you will be repsonsible for managing customer relationships, promoting our plate processing services, and generating sales leads. You will collaborate with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide accurate and timely quotes to customers. You will work closely with vendors to negotiate pricing and deliveries. This is a full-time, on-site role.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 4 years plate processing sales experience

-High level computer skills and document processing - must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel & AutoCad

-Understanding Mill Test Reports and customer specifications

-Knowledge of steel processing applications, plate cutting methods and steel grades

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

-Sales and customer relationship management skills

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills

-Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities

-Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks

-Salary determined based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
