Murray Resources is Hiring a Sales administrator Near Tomball, TX

A leading manufacturer of gaskets, industrial seals, and compression-molded plastics is looking for a Sales Support Administrator responsible for delivering unparalleled customer service, handling order processes, overseeing planning, scheduling, and managing returns promptly and accurately.

The ideal candidate is well-versed in customer service best practices and familiar with office processes in the manufacturing industry.

Salary : $15-18 / hr

Location : Tomball, TX 77375

Type of Position : Temporary 2 months

Responsibilities :

  • Confer with customers by telephone, email, or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, and obtain details of customer issues.
  • Issue RGA’s and credits after customer issues are solved or are in the rework process.
  • Upon receiving the return of goods, create a request for credit for accounting.
  • Send tracking details of product to customers.
  • Ensure that pricing and scheduling ship dates are updated and check in with shop supervisor as needed for ship date details.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department for needed costing information and create a vendor requisition when client PO is received.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Turn all orders into quotes, print, stamp, and then deliver to the prospective shops, as needed.
  • Direct and track the delivery of products and materials.
  • Check stock levels with the inventory team and reorder materials as necessary.
  • Contract review against the client’s original PO.
  • Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers per QMS.
  • Pull paperwork from shops to revise orders regarding any customer changes due to a change in date, shipping revisions, price revisions, etc.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements :
